Mediation

Each member is entitled to one (1) initial thirty-minute office or telephone consultation per separate legal matter at no cost with a network mediator. In the event that the member wishes to retain a participating mediator after the initial consultation, they will be provided with a preferred rate reduction of 25% from the mediator’s normal hourly rate.  Typical matters may include divorce & child custody, contractual & consumer disputes, real estate & landlord tenant, car accidents & insurance disputes, etc.

24 Hour Emergency Services

In the event of being jailed or arrested, members will have access to legal providers during after-hours and on weekends. Members will be assisted with non-emergency issues the next business day and during normal hours of operation.

Identity Theft

The Identity Theft and Fraud Resolution assistance program assists consumers with fraud-related emergencies and is a comprehensive, affordable expedient process.

 

Each qualified Member is entitled to a free 60-minute consultation with a
highly trained Fraud Resolution SpecialistTM (FRS) who will conduct emergency response activities to assist Members with restoring their identity and good credit. Each Member receives a free “Emergency Response Kit” and professional coaching that assists with the efforts to dispute fraudulent debts that result from identity theft.
