Our 24/7 Management Assistance Program is an invaluable resource for Human Resources, Managers and Supervisors when an employee’s job performance becomes a concern, when there are negative changes in an employee’s productivity, absenteeism, behavior, concentration, safety practices, or when impairment is suspected.

Care Plus Solutions coaches Managers to focus on an employee’s behavior, not personal issues, when performance or productivity becomes an issue. We train Managers on how to recognize, observe, document and take action when issues arise. Our Manager Assistance Program Guide and monthly Supervisor Newsletters reinforce the training they receive.

Our team approach to management referrals goes beyond simply coordinating necessary treatment. Our Case Managers continue to work closely with Human Resources and Managers through status reports and to coordinate a smooth return-to-work.
